Enzo & Claire started their vineyard situated a stone's throw Northeast of Florence. They started from scratch and planted Sangiovese, Teroldego (which is typical of Northern Italy). Now they have also planted Colorino and Canaiolo that are native to Tuscany.
This white wine is made from grapes grown in Enzo's birth-region, Campania, from Falanghina grapes, typical of the area. It's bright, fruity and a little saline due to it's growing by the sea close to the Amalfi coast. Perfect for sea food.
